He said on numerous ocasions that he agreed to Floyd's terms. In plain english it means YES!!!! Just to teach you how common English works if I know your demands and I say OK, that's no longer an issue, that means I agreed to your demands. If not, than there will still be an issue right??? Let it go this hasn't been an issue for a while and never was. Plenty of fighters and other athletes have tested positve with SAC test and plenty of people like Marion Jones passed Olympic Testing while on PEDs.

The only issue is how long Floyd can con his fans. He doesn't want to fight a fast, quick, powerful, left-hander, with stanima, heart, foot-work, and chin... His style is made to order for Manny and he knows it. I think the Mayweathers are ignorant but they do know their boxing and that's why this fight will only take place if Floyd's accounts says it has to take place or his fans demand so. As long as his fans will pay to see him fight a guy at 146 who NEVER fought above 135 or an aging fighter coming off a full training camp for the canceled Berto fight and a 16 month lay off or a guy who is most known for quitting in a fight when the going got tough and bounced back by beating another unproven fighter....

You have got to be kidding me. Those statements are not equal. As an example see below.

Does this mean manny? Possibly, because Khan in england, canelo in mexico, or sergio martinez would each bring floyd his biggest contract ever.

That you would equate no issues with I agree to random testing shows ignortance,******ity, bias, or a combination of all three.

As for the 2nd paragraph, I think Manny has shown his vulnerability to boxers. When you add floyd's reach and speed this makes it more difficult for Manny. While floyd has not dominated southpaws as he has conventional fighters, the difference is 8-4 or 9-3 as oppossed to 10-2 or 11-1. Manny would be an excellent challenge for floyd, but manny likely loses to floyd, given his problems with JMM who has similar, but not as great, skills as floydwhile lacking the speed, balance and reach.

Manny dominates fighters that stand right in front of him, the plodders. So Floyd could be wrong. Manny is looking good now days because they are simply putting inferior fighters in front of him. But for a small guy to move up and physically dominate bigger guys and then refuse random blood tests, it makes any person that understands the evolution of an athletes body wonder. How is he doing this to guys like Cotto, Mosley,and Clottey? Leonard, Hearns, Hagler, and Duran, as great as they were, did not get better as they got older. Ali nor Robinson got better as they got older. So how is Manny Pacquiao?

like u say, Manny dominates plodders who stand in front of him. Fighters like Leonard, Ali etc, found their peak early i terms of technigue. Ali was never the same after the lay off, yet his chin seemed to improve because he was prepared to take the punches. He was floored by Cooper and Jones, yet later took shots from Frazier, Shavers and Foreman.
Leonard relied on his speed, and movement, and as he got older wasnt quite the same.
Duran was undisiplined, and had to move up because of his weight, yet he did get technically better, unfortunatly losing to great fighters, and being sloppy.

Pac has obviosuly improved technically, yet is also a very dedicated athlete. He has fought the right opponents, that although bigger are easier to hit, and his speed and style mean he can out punch them, and out work them.
Speed kills. And styles make fights.

How is Floyd able to still dominate his opponents by throwing less, fighting less, moving less, yet still dominating bigger men at WW?
It comes down to technique and intelligence. Speed, timing, tactics.

Mayweather is such a polarizing figure, he contradicts hiself all the time. The guy is confused, on minute he says one thing and then another.

If he fights MP, then they both have to take olympic style drug tests.#
