Wonder how long it's going to take for this thread to reach 30+ pages. That's the power of Floyd's comments when it concerns Pac. But he is right. Instead of taking the test Pac would rather take him to court.

And before someone says "Oh but Pac is willing to take the test!" Then why the hell is he still trying to take Floyd to court. For damages? What damage? Pac is in commercials, he's on talk shows, he sings, he's a congressman, doesn't he have his own brand of shoe? I mean does that sound like a guy who's been slandered and has been damaged? Sounds like he's never been more on top of the world than he is today.

Another thing these Floyd haters bring up. How dare Floyd compares himself to Ali. Look, I understand that NOW Ali is a beloved figure in the boxing world. But back in the late 60's and early 70's Ali had a huge share of haters. People that really wanted him to lose so ****ing bad. Calling him a draft dodger and a coward. Floyd might not have to go fight in a war but damn. I don't think I've ever seen a boxer get more hated on. When Floyd finally does fight Pac and he wins a lot of you guys are going to kill yourselves.

If you are a lawyer ESPECIALLY experienced in assessing DAMAGES causes by untrue accusations against a World famous, multifaceted sports, humanitarian, industry, and political individual, then you can talk. Here's the thing. In the Oscar fight Manny used his speed and movement to evade the bigger Oscar and didn't engage him once. Against Cotto, Pac was letting Cotto **** on him and went toe to toe with Cotto. Pac wasn't that strong at 130 or 135 when he was fighting but after Oscar he became a lil guy backing down bigger dudes? I don't know if Pac is juicing or not but he is definitely acting like a guilty guy. If Manny is clean, then he should have no reason to avoid taking the tests. How can you sue someone for asking you to take a test because you are clean but won't take the tests to prove that you are clean? If I was Floyd I wouldn't go to court for that charge either.

Haven't you got it YET?? He's NOT suing him because he asked him to take the test, he's suing him because he spread very derogatory accusations aroud which have no basis in fact, and which did him provable (by his lawyers) pecuniary damage. And the fact that he's suing him shows that they have no basis in fact. He is confident ebough to put his position before a public court.

And as for you, if you were Mayweather also would not attend court etc... you would be at perfect liberty NOT to attend court, but you would also have to have many millions of dollars for paying accumulated and accrued fines, as well as the fortitude of facing LOSING your liberty for a stated number of months or years.

A little later on, a guy accused you of being half-witted and did you think that you were smarter than a lawyer or something etc. (paraphrasing) and I, in your defence, posted that there are many lawyers in America not half as smart as GRUSTLER. You obviously didn't watch manny when he was promoted by murad muhammad before top rank. He never looked this good. Of course top rank's matchmaker and freddie roach are both HOF'ers so it can be argued they had more to do with his improvement then other means.

So, you agree that he does look good now? I presume you meant that he improved his skills.

I watched manny when he was with murad.
I never thought he would be where he is now.
I saw a kid with almost no skills relying on power and speed alone to win.
But I also saw tremendous power. I saw him lift both of his opponents feet off the canvas from his punch.
I also saw him fight like an energizer bunny.

Anybody who knows boxing will tell that Pacquiao improved his skills to become great.

No PEDs could teach nobody skills.
That's why i believe Roach's training and teaching had more to do with his improvement than other means

Yes you can speculate about Pacquiao's ability to go through weights, but pretty much everything else I disagree with. Most fighters and athletes for that matter peak between the ages of 27-32, that is not for everybody, but a general rule of thumb so I have no idea what you are talking about. Bernard Hopkins as an example was a very late starter, and probably peaked in his mid 30's. I agree that pacquiao has fought more 'plodders' as you call them since he has moved up in weight, but Marquez is hardly swift of foot, that is not his style he utilises angles and subtle movement. He is a skillful fighter yes, pound for pound arguably the best fighter pac has fought, but I personally think Cotto at a higher weight was potentially just as tough a fight, cotto is also a skillful fighter, maybe not quite the level of Marquez, but the size difference you would think would bridge that gap, thing is Pacquiao was a better fighter when he fought Cotto, if you look at both fights, I personally can see big improvements and if your unbiased so will you.

As pacquiao has moved up in weight, he has stopped lunging in as much and his timing and angles have improved because he was forced to make this change, he and Roach knew if he lunged in from too far out like he did in the lower weights he could be knocked out, his respect of these bigger fighters power had made him into a more patient and better fighter. He has improved his right hand and has become a much better body puncher, the placement of his punches are better, and he thinks much more about the shots coming back his way defensively, and has developed some nice counters, in particular a right counter hook, utilised against Hatton, and uppercut utilised agaisnt cotto. These little improvements have made him overall a much, much better fighter, if you study him like I have you will see it.

I guess the marquez fight will reveal more, and I think many people will finally see the improvement in Pacquiao's technique. Ultimately though it will only be when Pac agrees to random testing and fights floyd that this whole thing will rest.

First of all Pacquiao still lunges and your saying Cotto is as technically sound as Marquez? That's total BS. You seem to be looking at fights from Pac's point of view and not the overall fight. Cotto is a bravado style fighter. Steward has him thinking more now than ever but throughout his career he's been wreckless and Team Pac knew he was not only wreckless but a bit wartorn coming off all those wars he was in which is why Manny wanted him immediately at that time. The thing that stands out most to me about that fight was Manny's not being able to deal with Cotto's movement. If your not coming straight at him he doesnt like it.

People say Floyd is hesitant to fight when all he's done from day one is maintain the same exact position while Manny has shifted so many times I've lost count. Now Manny's saying (ESPN interview) testing isnt an issue but the money has to be worked out. "WHERE DID THAT COME FROM"!!!! I thought they agreed to an equal split? Is Manny so delusional and so far up his own ass that he thinks he should get more? Bottom line "MANNY WANTS NO PART OF FLOYD". Being an athlete myself I know we have tremendous faith in our abilities that can clearly be seen as ego and that ego would not allow a clean, hardworking fighter to be accused of doping without coming forward to prove otherwise. So if Manny has truly peaked all of a sudden why wont he prove it? If not against Floyd what about in another fight? And lastly, why is everyone else willing to test (including Manny's stablemate Khan) but Manny isnt? I rest my case!!!!! Do your self a favor *******s, stop trying to defend the indefensible!!!!!!!
