Lmao! Sulaiman is hilarious! Shldn't it be the opposite, Rubio and Chavez fight to face Maravilla! Just crown Sergio right now! Chavez's'reighn will be short lived! Comparing Chavez to Sergio is like comparing apples to oranges! Sergios work ethic is second to nonw! The guy always looks fit as hell,he can do a triatholon if he wanted to , while Chaves barely makes weight and idc if he has Ariza next to him! Unless he juices no way in hell he beats Sergio! Granted he has fought some weak competition in Sergei and also now Barker! But no1 wants to face him and he needs a better manager!

WBC making themselves and Chavez Jr. look bad. If I was Sr. I would be pissed.

Rubio is more known for choking than winning. He let Ouma off the hook after he had him down. And he just stood around doing nothing against Pavlik.

According to the WBC's own rules, don't they -have- to give Martinez his shot?

Lou DiBella knows a lot of lawyers.

I know this is scummy and all, but part of me wants it to happen so we get so see Martinez fight another time before the end of the year. And Martinez vs Rubio would simply be a good fight in general.

Martinez is an HBO fighter so he won't be fighting again in 2011 after Barker because HBO has a limited amount of money and dates... Sergio wanted to fight 3 times this year, but he's too low on the HBO ladder to get 3 dates...

This is some bull****... Martinez and Rubio are supposed to get seperate shots at the title. This corrupt POS is just trying to further delay the brutal beatdown JCC Jr. will recieve against either.

Shouldn't it be Chavez vs. Rubio and winner gets Martinez? Just saying...

LMFAO, this is exactly what they're doing. He might even have to pull another "injury" when the winner is ready to face him. Martinez should be able to take care of Rubio pretty easily IMO. Should be a good fight. That Hypejob Chavez Jr better be ready for the winner next year or be ready to let that belt go.
