Burns is big at his present weight and it's his main asset. He's a fairly competent stylist, but nothing special without that size. He'd be a bloody fool to give it up.

Also, his light punching really would be in evidence at lightweight, whereas his reputation as a feather-fist gives him a surprise factor at one-hundred and thirty pounds, where many smaller opponents can be somewhat taken aback to find that he can hit respectably for the weight.

I'm sure he'd be able to make super-featherweight easily enough if he was fighting Alex ruddy Arthur.
