McCloskey is a euro bum thats best win was against Lauri, he has fought no other notable opponent. He was a huge 6/1 underdog for a reason. That reason being he hadn't beat anybody worth a damn, he has extra no power & is a defensive clown that belongs on Dancing with the stars.

You say Matthysse has arguably got a better resume than Khan as well let me remind you Matthysse lost to a guy Khan just pummelled and stopped within 5 rounds. The guy has lost his 2 biggest fights thats just the fact of the matter.

dancovboxer's post is harsh but there is some truth in it. Khan fought Salita his mandatory but Maidana was his mandatory also but GBP did some kind of weird deal to pospone that fight and it took Maidana taking legal action to make that fight happen. Clearly Team Khan never wanted that fight. What dancovboxer writes may not be flattering of Khan but lets be fair here and the points he makes are not totally without merit. There has been a lot of cherry picking in his career now he is reaching his full potential lets hope Team Khan change that policy.

Khan fought salita who was his mandatory, after fighting your mando you can take one voluntary fight which khan did with malignaggi then he fought maidana. It's not like khan had 4 fights between one mando (salita) and the next mando (maidana) he took a voluntary which he is entitled to.

With all your pics on your profile and that I am starting to think you are Amir Khan himself. Kotelnik - no, i'll be fair, that was an okay win. Kotelnik is very robotic and what I'd personally class as a B level fighter, he's tough & with due respect, it's a good name to have on your C.V
Good win for Khan winning as one sided as he did. But it's still not good enough. I want him too fight a big, pressure fighter with plenty of pop because that IMO is his weakness.
He might look good rushing in off balance against defensive midgets to you guys but I haven't been overly impressed.
