    Only way back to Wlad.

I'd like to see the fight but i doubt he gives a flying one at this point tho.

If wlad won't rematch him, this is a good fight. Haye will want to prove that without injury he can beat him.

how exactly do you impress wlad by beating a guy who's been running from him full speed?

So, let me get this straight. Haye knocks Povetkin out within 3-6 rounds, then meets with Wlad again, and Wlad beats him over 12 rounds again.

Then Wlad becomes what, a Super-duper champion? Just when you thought that ABCs couldn't get more pathetic.

I'm guessing he'd just be taking Haye's title

This would be a very good fight. I'd like to see Haye vs. Povetkin, Chagaev and Eddie Chambers. those would all be great fights. I'd favor Haye in all of them, except maybe Chambers (who is a far superior boxer), but they'd all be interesting.

Just like he probably is still walking around in open toed sandals so that he can show everybody who can't cross the street quickly enough when they see him coming,...his TOE.
Exactly. That "farce of a WBA belt" made Haye tens of millions of dollars from ****** fans that don't realize a "belt" doesn't mean you are the best at that weight class (or in Haye's case, that he'd ever fought anybody at the weight class with a pulse).

Haye is usually pretty interesting so long as he's not afraid of getting knocked out cold. he also tends to get hit. So I like his fights. Good power, shaky chin, good chance of getting hit. What's not to like?

Beating Povetkin wouldn't impress Wlad, but it would show that Haye is willing to go through the work necessary to prove he deserves another shot with Wlad. That's my biggest problem with him: he didn't deserve a shot at the belt (cherry picking opponents), and then shat the bed when he got in the ring with him. Prove he deserves the fight by beating the other contenders, then he has the right to run his mouth.
