Jason's a tough guy and has heart but he is overrated in terms of his skills.

I think you guys are basing your comments on that one fight Jason had on TV where he won the decision. You look at the showboating and the fact that he got dropped etc. but you need to watch what happened in the meantime and you REALLY need to pay attention to the way he came back so strongly after having that happen to him. Jason doesnt have skills? That is NOT realistic to say. You may not like him and may not think he will ever be a real world champ but to say he has no skills is ridiculous and ill-informed. When Jason Litzau puts his punches together and punches in combination he is VERY sharp. He showed heart and resiliance, too.

I am attempting...I am boxing right now as a amateur, **** happened, well I'm going to start going to the Kronk in the summer when I move to Detroit. Boxing is my life.

If you dont know what you are talking about then you cant criticize, THAT is what I am saying. And know one thing..people that DO know...recognize those that DONT...and the only ones that dont realize thery dont know LOL are the ones that actually dont. I mean, lets be real. The FACT is that 99 percent of the so called fans that go on to these intenret message boards dont have any idea what they are REALLY talking about. You can read your KO magazine and watch all the fights but that doesnt qualify to know any more than a guy like Larry Merchant knows. But when someone watches a guy like Litzau and comes away thinking he has noskills etc then I know you have no idea what you are talking about. Everybody that counts in boxing knows this kid is legit and he was one of the most sought after prospects in the world until Main Events just signed him abut 4 weeks ago. Even Sugar Ray Leonard himself watched Jason fight and gave me his thoughts afterwards... trust me, it was ALL VERY POSITIVE. If you dont like a kid for some reason thats cool..but don't totally destory any creibility you have by coming on here and dogging the guy out when he is a million times more than what you are...you say "boxing is your life"......so if thats true then how do you compare yourself to him in terms of skills and accomplishments?? Why don't u put a video of yourself on here against someone else you foughtin 10 oz gloves with no headgear on national TV in front of a million people and let's let these guys critique you. Lets see how you match up with Jason after that, OK? You see where I am going with that? Think about it.

The Iceman is right, and thats what I have been trying to tell alot of people on this fofum for a very long time. Now personally like I said Jason is a tough guy and yes he does have skills and yes the kid has a ton of heart, but for me personally, not to put Jason down, I'm not on the bandwagon just yet.

And yes again the Iceman is right, Jason got a chance to fight on national tv, so we really shouldn't critize even if we do box. The man already has accomplished more in boxing than probably everybody else on this forum excpet for the Iceman.

I wrote a thread when I first joined u can always tell the keyboard warriors and this place is full of them.
