Now that I think about it.. Floyd could actually be heterosexual and he's playing the "I'm flamboyantly gay" card so on the night of the fight, Ortiz would be hesistant to fight on the inside and risk getting so close to a sweaty semi naked gay and opt instead to try to fight Floyd on the outside just as Floyd would like stylistically.
