I don't think Ortiz has the speed to hit Mayweather consistently. I think he's faster than Baldomir, but not faster than Hatton.

I think his hand speed is underrated. You also have to take timing and accuracy into affect. His timing is ok, and when he's not being wreckless his accuracy is top notch.

I think he ko's Mayweather, but the catch is that Mayweather is going to begin looking older.
