For example, Free Test, HGH Up, maybe ephedra, some creatine, some glutamine and a pre workout supp. I mean this is just off the top of my head, and while OTC supplements are always controversial (how much they work etc...) they are very hard to test for with boxing rules and some are undetectable without blood. So would you take the ones you know can't show up on a test? Do you think boxers today are using them? Obviously creatine and glutamine are natural, but both are supplements no one took 20-30 years ago. Hell, I dont know if people were even taking whey isolate etc...
If You Were a Boxer Would You Take OTC Supplements?

Kre-alkalyn (buffered creatine)
Glutalyn (buffered glutamine)
A good multi-vitamin such as Animal Pak to make sure you're getting all your vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, fish oils etc = A must IMO.
A pre workout formula, I personally find Jack3d works for me and gets me zoned, products such as 1MR make me feel jittery and too bouncy.
A decent whey protein is also ideal, I personally use Dymatize Elite.
I use Bcaa's & eaa's as well. -
I don't know.
I'd like to think no, if I were an athlete (especially in a violent sport) that I would be clean and not take PEDs, but it's a lot different saying it from the outside than actually being in it.
I'll just stay on the fence.Comment
