I can't recall him ever doing something crazy like biting someone's ear or repeatedly hammering them in the nuts or jump kicking them or anything like that. You sort of know where you are with Vitali.

I dunno though, I haven't looked into his eyes during a staredown.

I did not mean that he is crazy, he can just get "dark in the eyes' aggressive. Thats why I think most of his opponents did not try to push him enough, they were fighting the "smart boxer" vitaly, subconciously fearing to push Vitaly far enough to get him in his berserk mode.

repeat: only boxers intimidated by tyson were the weak, feeble ones. everytime he stepped up against a boxer who hasn't scared, they turned him into their personal little bytch.

Vitali is a gentleman, and very intelligent - he's not some tool like tyson who talks a lot of **** and gets the living **** kicked out of him everytime he steps in the ring with a fighter who's not scared of him.

I know you didn't. What I meant was that generally the most intimidating fighters I can think of were those whom you were on uncertain ground with. Tyson was scary because you knew he could snap at the slightest provocation. You could feel the tension through the television screen. Imagine what the opponent must have been feeling. With Vitali, he's a dominating presence but I never really feel scared watching him.

Vitali Klitschko >>>>> Lennox "The Cowardly Lion" Lewis

            The truth hurts, doesn't it?

            THE TRUTH

Vitali took the fight on just 10 days notice.

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial doctor stoppage. Lewis barely survived the 2nd round, he was badly hurt, holding on for dear life, wobbling everywhere and staggering around the ring like a drunk. Lewis was badly hurt several times in the fight and was getting outboxed, outworked, outmuscled and outlanded by Vitali.

            punches landed

            Vitali 156

            Lewis 102

Lewis was exhausted, worn down and hurt from the accumulation of punches and was ready to get KTFO again, he collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round, Vitali was clearly the fresher of the two, he was a man on a mission and would've KO'd Lewis for sure if the fight had continued.

After the fight, Vitali intimidated the shit out of Lewis and made him look like a bitch.

All the fans at Staples Center cheered for Vitali and booed Lewis after the fight.

            Lewis promised Vitali a rematch.

Vitali destroyed Kirk Johnson in 2 rounds and called out Lewis again in the post fight interview. The scared Lewis retired shortly after that fight.

Lewis turned down 30 million dollars for a rematch and retired like a coward because he knew he would get destroyed by Vitali.

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared his bitch ass into retirement.

George Foreman: "Vitali was winning the fight. Lewis got lucky. There has to be a rematch!"

Jim Lampley: "A lucky escape for Lewis who was clearly losing the fight"

Even Emanuel Steward was upset and pissed off at Lewis for blatantly ducking a Vitali rematch.

Lewis is scared to death of Vitali.

In an interview right before the Vitali fight, Lewis said "I'm at the peak of my powers, I will keep fighting for many more years"

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement. That's a FACT.

You can see these glimpses of madness when he fought Lewis, Williams and recently Solis, when Solis fell and would not want to get up Vitaly went ape****.I think his opponents feel it on a subconcious level and thats where the fear comes from.
PS you can also see that rage in a recent ukrainian senate lockout when Vitaly just started pushing people away left right like they were keggles.

You have to remember, we never saw Tyson at his full potential.

After Cus died, Tyson would never be able to reach the levels he was capable of reaching. Not long after that, Robin Givens drove him to attempt suicide; then his 4 year prison term finished him off.

Tyson was a shadow of what Cus created. This is what everyone feared.

Vitali did better against every common opponent.

                    Tyson KO'd Francis in 2.

                    Vitali KO'd Francis in 2.

                    Tyson-Norris was a no contest.

Vitali destroyed Norris in the 1st round.

                    Tyson KO'd Ribalta in 10.

                    Lewis KO'd Tyson.

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement.

                    Williams destroyed Tyson in 4.

Vitali annihilated Williams. It was one of the most brutal beatdowns of all time.

                    Either Klitschko destroys Tyson.

.nuff said for those people who put so much stock in how Briggs fared against Lewis as opposed to ho he went out against Vitali..... 5 similar fighters & look at how Vitali fared against them.. this post should be bronzed.. with that said..close your ears for a second Domination as... we almost can say the same about him & his brother's common opponents.. 2 fighters who are PERCEIVED to be higher than him on the alltime ranks & look how he fared against there competition as opposed to how they did.. keep talking out OF YOUR ****ing a$$ses haters about Vitali's competition.. let's start to REVISE the thinking about his lack of competition.. resume & REALIZE that 90% of the fighters Vitali has faced.. NO one else who faced them could do the damage he did & this includes Lennox Lewis... Chris Byrd got a free pass.

. even Kevin Johnson.. who ever shuthim out for 12 straight rds.. look what he did to Areola.. SOLIS.. that's 3 up & coming undefeated prospects.. then you have Peter & Gomez.. former champions with one loss each.. keep laughing at his competition you freakin' loozers.. look what he ONLY did to Donald WHAT HE ONLY DID to Bean.. what he ONLY dID to the other Johnson. & what he's going to do to Adamek next saturday.. WE'RE GOING TO **** on ADAMEK once Vitali crushes him as par for the course... read my lips. VITALI kLITSCHKO IS THE MOST DOMINANT FIGHTER IN THE HISTORY OF EFFIN' BOXING & IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE... YOU ALL LIKE TO THINK ALL HIS NUMBERS & DOMINANCE IS BY CHANCE.. I GOT NEWS FOR YOU SONS.. HE'S THE ONLY ONE WITH THOSE CREDENTIALS BECAUSE HE WAS THE ONLY ONE EVER TO BE ABLE TO REACH THOSE HEIGHTS.. HIS OPPONENTS HAVE NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH HIS DOMINANCE.. IT'S VITALI WHO SHOULD GET ALL THE CREDIT..

BUT ALL YOU'S HAVE NOTHING TO SAY.. SO YOU **** ON HIS OPPONENTS TO BRING HIM DOWN TO EARTH.... GET IT THROUGH YOUR SKULLS ONCE & FOR ALL VITALI DOES THIS IN ANY ERA AGAINST ANY CROP OF FIGHTERS & AGAINST ANY ALLTIME GREAT PERCEIVED HIGHER THAN HIM.. HE ****ING SCHOOLED A TOP 5 ALLTIME GREAT WHO WAS NEVER SCHOOLED IN THAT FASHION BEFORE.. IF HE DOES THIS TO LENNOX.. HE DOES THIS TO ANYBODY.. INCLUDING HIS BROTHER.. SO GO ON WITH YOUR FANTASY OF PREDICTING ANY FIGHTER OF THE PAST CAN BEAT HIM UNTIL YOU SHOW ME AMPLE EVIDENCE THAT THE MAN CAN COME CLOSE TO LOSING IN A LEGIT MANNER WHERE HE DESERVED TO LOSE. stfu!

So what at 27 FIGHTS Vitali had more than him.. Big George certainly had the record when he retired in the 70's & even in his comeback years he was koing everyone early on.. so yes you could probably find certain points in George's or Vitali's career when one had higher than the other... with that being said.. how many did he Ko more than him.. one or 2.. In my eyes Vitali ONLY really failed to knockout 2 fighters.... timo Hoffman & Kevin Johnson.... Lewis & Byrd.. injuries & cuts robbed him of Ko's & in the Briggs fight.. corrupt ref & criminal cornermen let Briggs fight on... perhaps Vitali should've bought those people to the lewis fight as Briggs was physically more spent than Vitali was when they stopped the Lewis fight. Bottom Line is how you finish against everybody. Vitali fails to Ko adamek & Rocky Marciano assumes the top position.
