I honestly believe if Floyd gets too confident in his head movement ability, and goes away from good lateral movement, then he will eventually get caught with a big shot in this match. It only takes one shot to turn a match around. It's an interesting match up for sure.

I can definitely see that being a possibility. If he tries to stand in the pocket and simply use his upper body and head movement he will risk getting tagged by Ortiz's straight left.

He just might have to revert back to the Floyd of old - shucking and jiving with lateral movement as you suggested.

I can't wait to see how this plays out, because as much as I think Floyd will cruise to a decision, or maybe even stop Ortiz - Ortiz has as good of a chance as anyone aside from PACSMASH from getting the job done.

This will be his 1st fight in 16 months...this will be the 5th for Ortiz. Conditioning...youth and power goes to Ortiz. I think this will be a water-downed version of Floyd...maybe an upset.
Newsflash: Zab Judah didn't just mysteriously lose energy and decide to mail it in. A myth similar to Oscar De La Hoya deciding he'd thrown enough jabs for one night. It's got something to do with the guy they fought.

Good point, Ortiz already has more heart than Pacquiao, he fought Berto when Pacquiao was scared of Berto and went to fight OLD MAN MOSLEY...THE SAME MAN THAT BOB AND FREDDIE CALLED OLD AND SHOT!!!
