Collazo should not be a test for a world champion.

And IMO he lost to Collazo, that why I said that he failed it.

Collazo was a former world champion, i think that qualifies as a test for a new current champion like Berto was at the time.

The fight was close, I thought Berto edged it at the end.

Hatton unproven at welter, and his main strength at light-welter, his size to bully go at welter.

Hatton was still favored over Collazo regardless of the move up in weight.
