    Reminds you of Vargas? Vargas was actually highly skilled very early on. He just got put in with too many very good fighters, too often, too early. If you can beat Winky Wright, Raul Marquez and Ike Quartey all in a row, you are very, very skilled.

    Maybe he shouldn't have beat Quartey and Wright but the fights were at least debatable and that in itself is impressive. He was a very different fighter than Rios.
