I think there is a possibility that he may break into the top 10 at some point but I think it’s only a matter of time before he gets thoroughly outboxed and or stopped. His style is not made for longevity kind of reminds me of Vargas.

Reminds you of Vargas? Vargas was actually highly skilled very early on. He just got put in with too many very good fighters, too often, too early. If you can beat Winky Wright, Raul Marquez and Ike Quartey all in a row, you are very, very skilled.

Maybe he shouldn't have beat Quartey and Wright but the fights were at least debatable and that in itself is impressive. He was a very different fighter than Rios.
