Randall Bailey is another ABC #1 rated "contender" who should not be rated by any respectable ratings at 147. He is certainly not a Ring magazine Top 10 rated welterweight, which I guess makes him perfect for Berto's first defense on HBO. And the guy he is fighting on the Biloxi undercard is 10-5-2, and coming off consecutive stoppage losses.

Bailey makes me laugh, very limited & quite chinny but my oh my does that guy have dynamite in his hands. Bailey vs Berto would be a belter! Thunder vs lightning.
