He's ducking a chance to redeem himself against Prescott. He tried to duck Maidana after they agreed to fight each other if Maidana would step aside for a year. And he is ducking a rematch with Maidana. Kell Brooke has been calling him out for ages. So how can Khan possibly say he's never ducked a challenge?

Prescott ain't nothing now. If he beats paul mccloskey then he puts himself in some sort of contention. He's ducking a chance to redeem himself against Prescott. They agreed to fight each other if Maidana would step aside for a year? When was this?
Maidana struggled against Morales and clearly lost to Khan. No debating.
Kell Brook is not on the same level as Khan and would get blasted away.Comment

You're are missing my point bro. Doesn't matter if Prescott is nothing now. He has called Khan out and Khan won't fight him. So he has ducked that challenge.Prescott ain't nothing now. If he beats paul mccloskey then he puts himself in some sort of contention.

As for Maidana stepping aside for a year before they had their fight, well its common knowledge. He was Khans Mandatory. He was paid to step aside for a year or 3 fights, whichever came first and then they were supposed to fight. After the year was up Khan still didn't want the fight and Maidana had to write a letter to the WBA to force Khan to take the fight. Like I said, its common knowledge.
As for Kell Brook not being on Khans level, that also irrelevant. Point is he called him out and Khan doesn't want it.
I'm not saying he won't beat these guys.
Might point is simply this. Don't say you don't duck a challenge when you clearly have.
Its all well and good saying this and that fighter aint on his level so he shouldn't fight them. He aint ducking, they aint on his level. But Khan isn't on Mayweathers level so you can't then call Mayweather a duck if he doesn't want to fight Khan.Last edited by Rapid Counter; 09-01-2011, 06:43 AM.Comment

If Mayweather is fighting someone like Ortiz then I guess it would be logical to think that Khan V Mayweather is a real possibilty. You're are missing my point bro. Doesn't matter if Prescott is nothing now. He has called Khan out and Khan won't fight him. So he has ducked that challenge.

Khan has 'ducked' Maidana ( a man he already comfortably beat) and Kell Brook ( a boxer at 146 when Khan is 140 and a boxer who is on the whole probably not proven himself)
This is coming from someone who likes Kell Brook and I think Maidana is entertaining.Comment

Its not debatable. Khan ducked Maidana for a whole year and then tried to get out of fighting him, Maidana had to beg the WBA to force the fight. Its a fact. That's duckery in my eyes. Fair play to Khan he eventually fought him and beat him in a great fight. Now Maidana wants a rematch (that's a challenge) and Khan doesn't want any of it (that's ducking). If Mayweather is fighting someone like Ortiz then I guess it would be logical to think that Khan V Mayweather is a real possibilty.
