When Floyd whoops Ortiz's ass I've no doubt Ortiz will sniff ******* and become gay
changing history again, Hatton did not went to drugs after floyd, he went onto to switch to a world class trainer and then lost to the p4p number 1 in brutal fashion which almost led him to suicide

what is it with mayweather and fans making up history....

Do you whole heartedly believe that Oscar did not want to beat Floyd? Seriously? Dude had Floyd come up to 154, agree to the glove and ring size, got Mosley to help him spar and prepare. No way he threw that fight. It's normal for a guy to look good training by himself but once you are in the ring with a guy who is very gifted and talented technically. Frustration tends to come into play and that is how Oscar looked in that fight. He indeed was more aggressive but not affective.

Yeah, I agree that Pac put the nail in the coffin for Hatton but Floyd was in his head the whole time. The way Pac ended him pushed Ricky over the edge.

The mistake was giving Oscar more than 3 rounds.

if chicken floyd goes toe-to-toe with ortiz, the fight will not last 6 rounds and ortiz' hands will be raised...but we know chicken floyd will not take the risk of getting ko'ed, so he will stick to his old, boring style...run and hold ortiz the whole night until the final bell rings...

The fact is that Floyd loses multiple rounds in all his fights. A cross dressing **** took him to a split decision. And Floyd is no where near as skilled as he was back then. If Ortiz gets off first and throws combinations for 12 rounds he'll win this fight easy. Floyd opened at a 12-1. Hes now at 4-1 meaning big money is on Ortiz.

Ortiz is gonna win this fight.

I guess it depends on what you consider "toe to toe". If he stands there and trades punches with Ortiz, in a "you hit me, I hit you, let's see who falls first" sort of way, then yeah, Mayweather will probably lose.

But that's not boxing, now is it?

If he meets Victor in the middle of the ring, makes him miss, and counters effectively, then tough ****. He's right there in front of you.... hit him.

It's not Mayweather's job to let Ortiz land punches.

In the famous words of Bernard Hopkins... "I've never been knocked out... not because I've got a great chin. You think I'm gonna show you? You gotta earn that".

Not only did he not open at 12-1, but he's not at 4-1 now.

He opened at 8-1, and he's at 7.5-1 now (at most places).

Please post where Mayweather is 4-1, so I can get money on there immediately.
