Joseph Agbeko for making a 2 on 1 fight a close match. Russel Mora gave Agbeko 2 knockdown counts while Mares accurately targeted Agbeko's nuts.

Final score: 115 - 113. Really, if you take away those two knockdowns and Mares should be getting at least two points taken away for nutshots then Agbeko wins.

I put them both in the poll, to accommodate the different opinions.

1 vote for Povetkin. Honorable mention for Agbeko for keeping his composure throughout his entire fight and having to deal with crooked officiating.

              Ulises Solis is my choice.

He defended his title against a hungry young undefeated fighter.

Honorable mention to Karoly Balzsay for winning on the road against an undefeated opponent, and to Robert Helenius for a memorable knockout.

voted for agbeko mostly out of pity for the beating his ballsack took

solis is a tough little bugger lol

agbeko should seriously consider selling some advertisement space on the groin section of his trunks next time he fights mares

it's going to be the focus of the scrutiny certainly

Agreed, I don't understand the hate and criticism that Oliva was getting after losing to Solis. The kid did himself proudly and I might add he showed a lot of heart too. He is unrefined with his energetic moments often landing rabbit punches when cornered at the ropes but at least he was still fighting back and not just taking a beating.

Jethro Oliva is unrefined someone needs to teach him how to conserve energy and when to let it out in an accurate manner.

I think Target would be the optimal brand for the job.
