Victor runs his mouth a lot since winning against Berto but the thing is - he's proved already he's on a world class level who can **** alongside the best of them. I completely agree with him though that Rios is not on his level - Rios isn't even a proper champion and a fight with Victor at 147 is only for the beef but not for the right reasons. If they ever do fight, Victor would really knock out Rios cold.

Rios was put in to lose against Peterson, so I don't know how he's been matched carefully.

How is Rios not a proper champion? Is it because he wasn't matched with a built up HBO hype job?

Mate - he's the regular Champion. We all know that means fuck all. He should be fighting the best of his division. While Victor was fighting the real Champions and the most feared, I don't see Brandon fighting Marquez. I will not respect Brandon until he calls out Marquez.

Rios has zero chance against Ortiz. Nada. Its so obvious that I won't even go into reasons why.

I think the spotlight is sending Ortiz a little wacky.

Other than Berto, he was expected to win every single fight he has had to date.

Who cares about those fraud ass belts. Rios has fought very good opposition lately and has done very well. What real champs are u referring to that Ortiz has taken on and beaten? Marquez is looking for bigger fights im sure if that opportunity was given to Rios he would jump at it.

Who cares about the fraud belts? Exactly mate! Glad you admit it. He's not a Champion and the real WBA belt holder is Marquez. Marquez has only recently started campaigning at 147 and he's not the one who should be calling out Rios - it should be the other way. Rios had all the time in his life to call out Marquez and he didn't.

Victor beat Berto - the real WBC Welterweight Champion. Let's not talk about how much credit Berto is given as a Champion because I don't want to get into that but the fact is, Berto was unbeaten, was a legitimate champion and had defeated other legitimate world champions in Quintana, Collazo, Urango etc...

EDIT: Not to mention - he stepped up to the plate in challenging Mosley for his then WBA Title when he was still a formiddible opponent.

Brandon ain't shit compared to Ortiz. I don't hate Rios but I think he's way overrated and he's just not in Ortiz's level. Sorry but no.

                      you're out of your mind

who in the world did Victor fight to say he was fighting real champions? and the most feared? Resto? Arnaoutis? Alatorre? you sure you're talking about the same Victor Ortiz?

sorry but Acosta is far more proven than Berto at the stages they fought each

hell the APete win is better than anything Victor has done sans Berto.
