He certainly can be a threat. I think him beating Pacquiao might be a stretch until we see his performance against Floyd. If he struggles against Floyd, people will have second thoughts about him.

He should do well considering Floyd's inactivity.

Well floyd's style makes everybody look bad so im not sayin he will blast through may but if he can force floyd into a fight and catch him with a few hard puches like shane did maybe he can pull it off. I give ortiz a better chance with pacquiao becuz pac will be right in front him and pacs defense isn't the best Ive seen so pac would be catching hard punches all night. It'd be a close fight(he and pac) and I lean towards ortiz if he can stay focus. Also freddie says ortiz and pac had the best fight he'd ever seen so that tells me the fight would be close. Just sayin

the old boyfloyd could most definatly spank ortiz.
but this oldboy floyd. red flags have been raised by this lay-off.
plus he's shown signs of slowing down.
altho he's so skillfull you wouldn't notice it.
victor might be the lucky one to get mayweather at the right time.

man wtf idk how u ppl sayin how good he looks.. prob just looking at his body which in all fairness is ripped. The dude is no where near the skill level of floyd, by the 5th round hes in over his head and its a cake walk for floyd after he gets alittle discouraged from all the flush shots hes going to take. He might make things interesting for a few rounds, but no way hes knocking mayweather out cold and thats his only way to win.

he does look sluggish and his punches look forced---what up larry, i'm back for a bit---lol---he's doing a good thing jabbing high but it's not his style to change his style which he will have to do and it's too late imo--he will be utterly dominated and floyd will catch him with something so sharp and hard he will buckle---that i can pretty much guarantee you all----floyd will pumble him and then, if manny gets past marquez, he is dead meat--and you all know how i feel about the mayweather/pacman fiasco---floyd by total domination---the countdown has never stopped---manny is about to fall at the hands of floyd---that i can promise---
