Look at Oscar acting like he cares. What happened when Khan fought McKlosley and Ortiz fought Berto...Oscar went to England to watch Khan and did not give two ****s about Ortiz that night until Vic put on the better show than Amir.

Anything can happen. He's going to land punches on Floyd, and we can't tell yet of how those punches are going to effect Floyd's rhythm and consistency.

SMH at people on this forum talking about how big Ortiz looks.
This isn't a body building contest.

Ortiz can get big as he wants but his skill level is still mediocre.

Anyone mentioning the Peterson fight is a complete idiot...Ortiz doubled his punch volume against a stronger opponent in Berto at a higher weight. Clearly it is evidence of Ortiz fighting at the wrong weight with Peterson. You have to look at the scientific part of boxing as well you can't just go by what you saw last time. Look at the numbers...If a fighter doubles his punch out put at a higher weight what does that tell you? DUMBASSES

Alright, I'll bite. Why on earth would Floyd have any trouble whatsoever timing Ortiz all night?

And to the guy above me if you think Ortiz's volume against Floyd is going to be anywhere near what it was with Berto, clearly you've never watched Mayweather fight.

Berto kind let Ortiz beat the crap out of him on the ropes ( allowing his output to go up) Than Berto engaged in excessive holding in which Ortiz through a lot of smaller punches.

Lamont Peterson stayed on the outside and boxed with Ortiz, rarely engaged in cliches and didn't lay on the ropes.

A lot of this is a credit to Ortiz. But I think its more of a style difference in the fights and less of the weight difference.

Or it could be a even combo of both.

He won't. But it's still a Boxing fight, and some of Ortiz's power shots are going to land. Ortiz is going to eat plenty of check hooks when he lunging in with his head low.

Not really. Ortiz had more to respect against Berto. Ortiz threw less against Peterson it's not like Peterson made Ortiz miss a lot. Ortiz just didn't let his hands go.

                      Ortiz will be punished....
Oh okay, then when/if Floyd beats Ortiz he should get no credit for beating such an easy opponent, With your logic, Floyd needs to step it up and stop fighting easy fights.

And if Ortiz pulls if off, Floyd was just nothing but a bum who got beat by a bum.
