      lol @ insecure calzaghe fans!

Calzaghe never had back to back to back to back to back to back tough fights. Hell, he only had one back to back tough fights in his entire career (kessler, hopkins).

Other than that he always managed to squeeze in a few Peter Manfredo's or Tucker Pudwill's before a somewhat meaningful fight.

Froch has been fighting tough opponents all in a row, no tune ups, no bums. It's actually one of the more impressive resumes in boxing today, as far as level of opposition goes.

Froch's limitations are well known. It's the way he's won against fighters whom, on paper, everyone was tipping to blitz him, that's so impressed me over the years. I don't expect him to beat Ward, but it won't affect my respect for the man because he represents everything that's good about boxing from a fan POV.

And I'm sick of people dissing Abraham. Bloke was considered a beast when Froch took him on. He's still one of the most dangerous punchers at 168lb, even if the secret to beating him has been laid bare for all to see.

I give Froch the same respect for beating Abraham as I do Calzaghe for beating Lacy. Both men overcame their fears to put on the performance of a lifetime and prove everyone wrong.

5 of his last 7 fight have been against undefeated fighter's but people dont talk about that.

mikkel kessles last 10 fights 8 have been against fighter's that won their last 6 fights

people dont talk about how after 1 year out the ring kessler fought ward and froch back to back when they were undefeated

              Cobra all the way

How can anyone question Froch's resume?? He has ducked nobody, has fought anywhere he has been asked and his only defeat could easily have gone his way if the fight was in the UK. Yes Dirrell and Taylor caused him problems but he still found a way to win, like all true champions do. Maybe when he beats Ward he'll finally get the respect he deserves. I cant wait for the fight, it should be a cracker.

I think he lost to Kessler clearly, but beven with that said he deserved a win vs Kessler more than against Andre, I think the matrix won very clearly and was flat out robbed in their scrap.

                    I totally agree, bro.

Dirrell beat Froch clearly. The Kessler fight was actually closer than the Dirrell fight.

Froch's last 7 fights - Rybacki, Pascal, Taylor Dirrell, Kessler, Abraham, Glen Johnson

Kessler's last 7 fights - Calzaghe, Sartisan, Hausler, Perdomo, Ward, Froch, Bouadla

Out of 7 fights Froch has fought 6 of the top super middleweights.

Kessler has fought 3 of the top supermiddleweights and 4 bums....
