Do you know where Broner is from? This is nothing like Berto-Zaveck. Berto is a Haitian that was born in and trains out of Florida.

Broner was born and raised in Cincinnati. He's based in Cincinnati. So it's not really that shocking that his promoter has set up his first world title shot in his hometown.

nobody is trying to say ricky burns defences were good, but hes stepped up now, hes traveling to america to take on what most see as the best in the divison, so you can give him abit of credit.

Man I wish this fight was in Scotland. The atmosphere at Burns-Martinez was one of the best I've witnessed at a fight. When Burns got put down in the first you could literally hear a pin drop in the arena, but when he rallied there was electricity in the air it was quality. It was just a great night. Oh well, I wish Burns the best but this is a tall order made taller in Broner's back yard. Ricky has fought nothing but ****e since Martinez so this is a serious step up.

I'll give him the credit if he wins.

The kelvin hall is good for boxing fights, ive been to many fights, ive seen tyson when he fought at hampden, ive been to the braehead to see scott harrison, saw alex arthur at medowbank, saw calzaghe and hatton at the men arena along with amir khan and barrera, but ricky burns fight with martinez is up their as one of the best what an atmosphere.

Even tho it was a one sided beat-down and not a competitive fight, I could imagine the atmosphere of Calzaghe/Lacy being great seeing how must of the fans there were rooting for Calzaghe.

You're just an ignorant clown who can't even admit Maidana gave Khan a war and disfigured Khans face. No one else has ever bloodied and bruised Khan up the way Maidana did. ****** ignorant fool. You're a coward behind a keyboard, you wouldn't talk **** to my face in real life.

and? HE IS NOT A CHAMPION

Zaveck is a champion but he has to travel to USA?
Burns is champ but he has to come to USA?

There will be 500 people at these events, infront of a shady commision.

The only people who going to come watch Broner fight is the people who won free tickets off some local hip hop stations, his family and his 300 baby mama's, who are going to grab that child support payment before he spends it.

Its a complete joke, Clearly Zaveck and Burns are complete idiots or dont watch Boxing because they will both need KO's to win, regardless if they win every single round.

If you are a EURO fighter who is not known in USA and you have the title YOU DONT TRAVEL TO USA TO FIGHT SOME GUY IN A SHADY STATE BECAUSE YOU WILL GET ROBBED.

A Champ has advantages, one of them being he dictates where the fight will happen. Out of all the states to choose a fight they chose MS and OH, hahahahaha, They deserved to get robbed infront of 500 people who dont know anything about boxing and got free tickets from HOT 93.3 #1 HIP HOP STATION!!
