Pacs going to retire sooner rather than later, so if the fight dont happen people will always blame Floyd. If Floyd wanted Pac real bad, he would be prepared to drop the OSDT. In an ideal world Pac would take the tests, but we cant always have what we want in this world which Floyd should accept.

If the fight dont happen because Floyd wasnt willing to fight without the tests, it just means the fight wasnt important enough, and Floyd wasnt starving and hungry enough for the fight. Floyds fought many fights without OSDT, or even mentioning it, yet wont fight Pac if Pac wont take the tests, and that seems like Floyds way of kind of putting the burden of responsibility and blame on Pac?

But to an unbiased observer that would seem like a way for FLoyd to get out of the fight.
