How can it be a cover if Manny accepts???why doesnt Manny agree to random testing with no known cutt offs??if the fight doesnt happen then i'll agree with you..but mosley and ortiz have both shown if you agree to the testing the fight happens

Come on Larry, Ortiz and Mosley are not on Pacquiao's level at the moment.

Pacquiao is not begging for a fight unlike the above mentioned fighters but Manny's willing to fight Mayweather initime iniwere. He said many times before let the boxing commission do their job and let's fight.
