It's obvious. We all know that anytime Floyd weighs in the same as his opponent, he LOSES.

    Use your brain!

I ignore silly questions like Floyd ignores legit ones. However, I'll take a moment to remind you...

Larry, first off, it baffles me that you're asking such a ****** question. Mayweather is a legit WW, he's been at the weight for a few years.. Marquez has not. So losing a couple of pounds would benefit Marquez like Cotto losing a few pounds benefited Pacquiao. Oh and Marquez has to blow up 12+ pounds for this fight while Floyd came in at 146.. he didn't make no sacrifice. His last fight before the FLoyd fight took place at 134!! Do you realize the decrease of speed from moving up.. while Mayweather cheated him and didn't make any sacrifice?

It's a whole division of difference, so of course Marquez punches would not affect him and he could push Marquez around.

Marquez himself said the weight was a big issue and anyone with a brain knew that..

How about Martinez asks Pacquiao to come up to 152 and he comes in at 156??

      Don't be ridiculous.

wll, the few punches that Maquez did land flush on Mayweather didnt hurt Mayweather at all, because Mayweather was much larger. thats definitely a fight changer when you cant get your opponents respect, especially when youre the offensive fighter.

Also, you can see that Marquez's punches, while also more sluggish than usual because of the extra weight, werent moving Mayweather one bit. balance is key for doing damage with punches and setting up other ones. all Mayweather had to do was hold his right arm up and Marquez's left hook wasnt doing anything. Usually Mayweather has to incorporate some head movement to help diffuse the punch with that kind of guard, but against Marquez it was pretty much unnecessary. thats why you can see Marquez discouraged even when he had Mayweather on the ropes, his punches werent even throwing Mayweather off balance or moving his guard, and its really difficult to set up punches when your first punches basically bounce off the other guy and throw your own balance off.

I dont htink Marquez would have beaten Mayweather at any weight. just a bad style matchup for him, hes always had problems with defensive guys like Chris John and Freddie Norwood. but the weight difference took any competition that could have existed out of the fight.

no my point is marquez could have protested at the weigh in and say nope you have to lose the weight. Mayweather would have had one hour to do so..........

                its a serious question.

You make a fair fight and Marquez makes Floyd bow down.

You're an idiot and you need to learn math if jmm blew up 12 pounds that would make him 147 not 142 as he weighed in for the fight. Also everybody knows Floyd beats JMM at any weight even JMM knows this. He went on to say Floyd beats Pacquiao. Are you ****** or something?

Do you honestly think Juan Manuel Marquez would have thrown a fit like Floyd does? Let's be real here. Marquez has pride and he has dignity.

It might have been a dumb move but he is not beach made like that.

Yet he took the loss but Marquez is the more respected fighter out of the two.. As you can see Floyd has become the joke of the sport nowadays, no one takes him seriously and everyone makes fun of him every chance tehy get - not only fans but the media. His legacy is forever tarnished because of stuns like this and the fact that he's ducked tough competition through his career.

That's the difference between the two and between Fraud and Pacquiao.
