Ouma's problem has always been focus, not lack of skills. Like Floyd, he is a monster in camp, and can go 15 straight without a break. He was up here in Minneapolis for a Ugandan conference a couple of years ago, and he worked with my buddy Mohammed who was a bright WW prospect before drugs and alcohol sidetracked his progress.
I listen to what Mayweather says, and in the Kellerman face-off, Floyd stressed the point that "it's different at this level"... That is a simple, yet extremely important point that I don't think the Ortiz camp understands.Judging by the help Ortiz is using, he's gonna learn that lesson the hard way.
One thing I do know is that Ouma would smash this 18 year-old kid even at this stage of the game... Maybe even Ortiz as well.
Is it true that Powell has been putting hands on Floyd?
