We have all expressed our opinions about this issue a thousand times and I doubt if any of us have changed our minds, regardless of all the stories that have been written about this. My opinion remains the same, and it is this:

If there are 100 suspects in a murder and 99 out of those 100 agree to take a DNA test to prove their innocence, but one refuses, it doesn't make a damn bit of difference what that person's excuse is for not taking the test, he is automatically assumed to be guilty by the authorities and anyone in the public with an IQ above 70 (which I recognize applies to only about 10 percent of the people who post on this message board) regardless of your personal biases.

Every fighter from 140 to 154 has indicated a willingness to take the random drug tests to fight Mayweather and none of those fighters would earn a quarter of the money that Pacquaio would earn to face him. Pac's refusal to take the drug tests, regardless of his excuses, automatically makes him guilty in the eyes of anyone with any sense (again, I realize that this description does not apply to the majority of the people on this message board or 90 percent of the boxing writers like Dan Rafael and the yahoos at Yahoo Sports who rely solely on promoters and managers to provide them with everything that they print).

The feeling weak of needles was a last minute excuse. OST was not and again OST was on the table way before Manny decided to come to the table. Freddie comformed it with his "Anytime,anywhere" and even going as far as to say that they agreed to it and that Floyd ran away. That is conformation that OST wasn't going to be an issue for the Pac camp. So when finally everything was agreed upon. GUESS WHAT.....OH AM SCARED OF NEEDLES WTF.....Why did we not hear of this before? OH I CAN'T BE TESTED ON THE DAY OF THE FIGHT?....WTF......So the *******s don't consider this a change of stands. So at this point. The only one who had a change is stands was Manny. Then Manny request A LAST MINUTE DEMAND 10 mill penalty. So at this point Manny has change his stances on testing and now is requesting a new demand at the last minute. Now I ask why would you request a new demand at the last minute if your not going to agree on the issue at hand. Its like if am in the middle of buy a car and the sales person tells me its $10,000 and then I tell him will you throw in a new stereo and he says yes. I then say well I still don't want it lol.......What would be the point of me asking for a new stereo on the deal if am not going to agree with the 10k to began with. Now it would make sense if I was playing poker. Cause if I raise you and you raise me back and I fold. Obvousl I was trying to bluff the win. Thats exactly what happen here with a 10 mill penalty because Manny didn't really care if Floyd would had accepted or not because when it was accepted Manny still didn't want to accept the test. Manny also tried to bluffed not wanting to take the test with " I can't be tested on the day of the fight".
