I remember him saying that the day after Pac's adviser saying that Pac had only agreed to a five to seven day cutoff for OST.

And, as we MORONS know, Bob Arum would neveeer lie!

If there are 100 suspects in a murder and 99 out of those 100 agree to take a DNA test to prove their innocence, but one refuses, it doesn't make a damn bit of difference what that person's excuse is for not taking the test, he is automatically assumed to be guilty by the authorities and anyone in the public with an IQ above 70 (which I recognize applies to only about 10 percent of the people who post on this message board) regardless of your personal biases.

Every fighter from 140 to 154 has indicated a willingness to take the random drug tests to fight Mayweather and none of those fighters would earn a quarter of the money that Pacquaio would earn to face him. Pac's refusal to take the drug tests, regardless of his excuses, automatically makes him guilty in the eyes of anyone with any sense (again, I realize that this description does not apply to the majority of the people on this message board or 90 percent of the boxing writers like Dan Rafael and the yahoos at Yahoo Sports who rely solely on promoters and managers to provide them with everything that they print).
          Well...

1.) Pac and Floyd are the ONLY boxers with enough drawing power to make millions. Every single other boxers will accept any request thrown at them for a chance to make millions and for mainstream exposure. So comparing Pac to those other 99 suspects are invalid.

2.) You say that Pac's refusal to take test automatically makes him guilty in the eyes of anyone with any sense. Wow. I guess you never been discriminated or refused to give in to any unnecessary demands before. Good for you.

Ok so first they said testing no problem "anytime, anywhere" well take any test. They wanted accommodations and they got what they demanded. Once all of Pac's special accommodations were met. Floyd's only request became a problem. They wanted to know in advance when testing will be schedule lol... Then they wanted cut-offs. Then they wanted no testing on the day of the fight and added a new demand at the last minute with a 10 mil penalty. Then after all was agreed upon along with a reassurance that Manny won't be tested on the day of the fight. Testing all of a sudden become offensive and immoral to them. Then they say their no longer thinking about the fight and are now are focusing on taking legal action. Then they say they don't trust the anti-doping agency and now after all that Manny says he doesn't need Floyd lol........

                  i stopped reading here.

tsk, tsk, unbelievable ****riding behavior. these ****riders will find every conceivable justification for their idol's cowardice. what this ****rider is not taking into account is that evidence hasn't been found after years of su****ion. normal people may have reacted the same way when pac refused floyd's test. but then he didn't actually refused, he offered unlimited urine, 3 blood tests, including one immediately after the fight. that's not the picture of a guilty murderer this idiot is talking about. even then same normal people gave pac the benefit of the doubt. they waited. they observed pac's demeanor. nothing. normal people can detect a guilty person without saying a thing. nothing. no evidence has been found. they moved on. but not these clowns.

pac has stated he will take the test. floyd's response: vacation.

The " commission " did not require that Mayweather pay a 10mil per-pound penalty.

The " commission " did not require a catch-weight for Cotto.

The " commission " did not require a catch-weight for Margarito.

The " commission " did not require that Pac wear 8oz gloves at JMW.

                      You are full-of-****.
