Floyd will make drug testing the central focus of his excuse not to fight Pac from now on. The signs have been there already. It used to be that for Floyd if he has to fight Pac they had to offer him gargantuan amounts of money. That's why he's reported to have demanded $100 million guarantee. Strangely, he's not focus on the money now because he's been criticized for it for adding more roadblocks on the fight. He'll be focusing on drug testing all the way until the fight is no longer demanded by fans. In short, he's weaseling out of the fight in a not-so-obvious fashion.
