I don't know why nobody else is saying this in this thread. Manny agrees to the random blood testing but he does not agree to the organization that will do it. Mainly for one reason, because if he agree to the testing USADA has to do it that means he has to train in the US the whole time of his training. USADA does not have jurisdiction in the PI. This statement by Floyd is set up for his upcoming excuse when The fight does not happen again.

If it is any consolation, If I was a floyd die hard, with ESPN and most boxing and casual fans/media/fighters/experts/politicians/ etc calling floyd a ducking coward, I would probably lose some sleep defending him on boxingscene too. some of y'all are going insane; peep Gino Ross out as an example.
