I imagine a contract would entail more then just "I agree to full random testing" signed Manny Pacquiao... I would assume a contract has to be an extensive mutual consent of what both parties would agree upon. I ain't talking about past contracts because we are over that but a new one wherein purse has to be addressed as well as other factors. Floyd has to be involved. So where does floyd fit in to Manny sending him a piece of paper that says he agrees to floyd's testing demands. It starts of with verbal agreements that are written down and MUTUALLY signed. Floyd seemingly does not want to negotiate till Manny agrees to the tests and it seems he does not want to acknowledge the fact that Manny has already verbally agreed. I don't think there is a template for boxing contracts like they do in real estate where you can make addendums and contingencies . "this contract is contingent on floyd agreeing to 50%, this size ring, this gloves, this weight, etc". That is how it would be if it were left alone for many to do EVERYTHING.. How do you think floyd would react to that.? So does Manny sign a paper sending it to floyd like a blank check with his signature?

WTF is wrong with you? Point is the last time they sent a contract it had a 14 day cutoff. It didn't have accepting OST without the fight. Whatever he said on video means nothing if it's not on the contract. How hard is that to understand?

What else can Floyd say when everywhere he goes he has to explain why he's afraid to fight Manny Pacquiao. How many times has Manny agreed to take the test? Several! And rather than let Floyd dictate everything from who administers the test, to where he wants Manny to train, Pacquiao & Co agreed to be tested with the WADA, the largest most reputable testing facility in Sports, and as frequent as they want. Floyd's in denial, and he says he wants it with a facility he's in bed with, that's been a part of several unethical allegations. Floyd had three shots to fight Manny and he ran the other way talking trash with the other felons in his family. Floyd could have fought Khan. No way. Floyd could have fought Maidana, but opted for Ortiz, whom Maidana destroyed in 6 rounds. It's common knowledge Floyd doesn't want to risk his "0". So it's easier to not pay and run from the IRS, be involved in a strip club gun battle, answer questions to why his car was scene leaving a shooting at a skating rink, rough up your girlfriend in front of your kids for getting biddy with an NBA player, steal her cell phone, a rough up your neighborhood security officer, than to get in the ring with real warriors like Pacquiao, Khan, and Maidana.Floyd is gutless and going to get the surprise of his life when he gets knocked out by Victor Ortiz.
