Atleast Mayweather speaks for himself. Arum does most of the talking for Pacquiao, so how do you know what the truth really is when the qoutes are not coming from the fighter himself. PAC always says I want to give the fans what they want, well they want you to fight FLOYD so why not just take the test and make it happen.

If you dont want to take the test because you dont want to give into FLOYDS demands then just say that people will understand that better then hearing all terms have been met but we still dont have a fight.
