The forrest win was so long ago that it doesn't really impact the Shane/Mora fight IMO. Shane should have won the Mora fight but he stunk it up. Nothing I have seen from Shane since the Marg fight suggests he isn't over the hill.

Genius have you ever seen Shane 10 years ago? The Mosley from 2010-11 is not him.

Losing to Sergio Mora puts you over the hill though.

I know Shane isn't the same fighter. Michael Jordan isn't the same player but he's still better than most NBA players. In fact, he was playing with the Bobcats last summer and many players said he was still better than them.

Back to the topic, the Shane from 10 years ago still doesn't beat Mayweather or Pac (of today).

Shane of 2010-2011 still beats many WW's of today.

              yeah he is
he ran like a punk all night vs Pac
wouldn't do that before, he'd go down fighting
              Shane has lost his heart

Mora beating a class fighter like Forrest would suggest Mora is not the bum everyone is making out he is.

                He is also a middleweight.

If you know boxing, and know Mosley then you shouldn't be expecting him to be KO'd by a journeyman. Mosley still has one of the best chins in the game.

Against Mora he was doing an effective job of cutting off the ring, but when he had Mora cornered he just couldn't pull the trigger.

The thing about Mosley's last 3 performances compared to him in his prime, is that even against Forrest and Winky he still fought hard all 12 rounds, against May and Pac he just wasnt capable of performing at his former level. Against Mora it was clear that he just couldn't pull the trigger. & don't say Mora beat Forrest cause i could just as easily say Mosley beat Mayorga. Styles make fights.

It's not hate, in his prime Mosley might have beaten both, if not given them hell for 12 rounds, sadly that Mosley is no longer with us.

Mosley is past his prime, and is over the hill, since over the hill just means you are not improving anymore and are on the decline.

But Mosley is not shot, and can still win a strap at welter and has the beating of Berto.
