That's exactly what it's for and it is for his training. Keeps his hand-eye coordination sharp as well as reflexes.

The Klitschko's have training down to a science and I would expect nothing less from sports & fitness doctors.

Vitali wasn't even soft after returning to the ring after 4 years off.

Vitali looks in great shape, as always. I don't see how Adamek is going to beat Vitali, I mean I like Adamek but Vitali is just too good and in such a great shape. I remember that some guys were saying that Vitali was distracted because of the situation of his country, but these pics show that he's in top form ... again.
