    WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko is going through a tough training camp. He continues to spar with cruiserweight Ola Afolabi, and goes through his usual routine of swimming, strength training and even playingtable tennis to help with his hand coordination. Klitschko is preparing for his upcoming defense against mandatory challenger Tomasz Adamek on September 10 in Poland.

          I've never given just props to the Klitchsko's but I'm well and truly impressed that they've been able to stay on top of the heavyweight division for such a long period; plus keep in tip top condition constantly.

          I'm going to have a rummage through Vital's back catalogue now.

              lol vitali klitschko a fraud? he's one of the last true sportsman in boxing. . .

              he holds all kinds of HW records - from most punches thrown in a HW fight, most jabs thrown, and highest KO percentage.

              a fraud is audley harrison, or david haye. . . vitali IS what boxing should be about.

                  I wouldn't be surprised if Vitali goes into this fight at a lighter weight than he normally does. He looks leaner than normal in those pics. I can't see Adamek's movement and speed presenting any problems for Vitali but I am still going to root for the underdog.
