no one can beat lacy in supermiddle and lightheavy. a challenge for lacy would be to go down to middle for a taylor fight.

Lacy would keep going at Tarver with lots of pressure. The question is how well can Lacy take Tarver's punch? If Lacy can take it, Tarver will get pounded on.

Ok lets also be real here. He beat Roy pretty badly in the 1st fight, Roy had a black eye, and Tarver was relatively not hurt at all. The 1st fight could of went either way. Second fight he knocked out Roy from a perfect punch. And the 3rd fight Roy didn't even try to fight. It was the most disgraceful thing Roy has ever done. You can't even argue for his sake.

Problem with Tarver is he started his pro career very late. There isn't much competition at light heavy and he did beat a good fighter in Griffin and G. Johnson. If you call Johnson just some random journeyman then your sadly mistaken. He has been on the short end of MANY bad decisions in his career, much like Augustus. Johnson had to change his style just to get some recognition.

we all seen what happened to jones when he got aggresive with tarver in the second fight. imo tarver would counter lacy all night long and keep him away with his jab.
