With all the hype the Gomez was comming into the fight I always liked Sanchez more. He was a more smooth polished boxer that made it look effortless.

Sanchez ******.... he beat up lame *ss Little Red Lopez twice, Ruben Castillo, Smaller Wilfredo Gomez (who won rds 2 thru 7) and was losing to 12 fight veteran Azuma Nelson before he got lucky. His death made him famous. Gomez and Nelson would of beat him in a rematch. And Pedroza and Arguello would of KTFO of him. The dude wasn't ****.

But let's go ahead and give Gomez all the credit in the world for beating the "smaller" Pintor & Zarate.
