Yeah Khan should carry more power, but he's never had one punch ko power, he usually overwhelms his opponents and the ref intervenes.

If the fight happened again at 147, it would carry the same threat for each fighter as it did in December.
Khan boxing the crap out Maidana and/or Maidana throwing hellacious bombs towards Khans head.

And Khan will clearly beat the crap outta Maidana like he did last time. Maidana had like one decent round in that fight, other than that he was completely outclassed. But boxing rivalries are great, it would be good to see a rematch down the line and all this back and forth ****-talking will help build it up for the future so that Maidana can get in the ring and get ****d once again.

I would never understand how people saw the Khan-maidana fight as a close fight, I even think the scorecard were silly, Maidana didn't do anything to make me go hey! Expect the 10 round, And he should have knock Khan out even before that round, but all he did was follow Khan around for 9 rounds trying to land his hayemaker and when he finally caught Khan with something big he couldn't finish the job, Maidana is on the verge of becoming overrated IMHO.. A guy that was huffing and puffing against an ancient Morales? Please give us a break, **** the rematch unless he goes out there and make it worthwhile, If you're that good then you don't need 2 fights to put Khan away.

It was a close fight dude. Some people just don't know how to score a fight objectively.

Some people in here are complete ******s, "Maidana will knock his head off and be more powerful at 147" etc. etc.

First of all Khan would have more power too. Secondly, Khan knocked him down, outboxed him for most of the fight and Maidana threw everything he could at Khan and he stayed up. End of story!

I like Khan but Maidana definitely won rounds 6/7/10/12.

3 & 11 are the ones which are a bit contentious, Khan easily outboxed Maidana in the 3rd (25 punches to chino's 14) but Maidana landed 2 big rights. In the 11th maidana landed more but the most effective shots in that round were Khan's uppercut and his 1/2 just after. If you give the 3rd to Maidana then really you should stick to your guns & give the Khan the 11th or vice versa depending on what you like (volume vs. effectiveness).
