I see where they're both coming from. Khan is on the paper chase and wants the fame and glory as soon as possible. He doesn't want to rematch Chino because he wants to move forward as fast as he can.

Maidana is a warrior and the fact that he was so damn close to beating Khan tears at him every day, I bet.

They both seem pretty sincere with their words and I bet that if Maidana keeps winning, he'll get what he wants.

Khan beat him fair and square and Maidana admitted it. I don't see what the problem is here. You really can't hate on Khan if he's already beaten him and wants bigger/better fights instead of beating someone he's already beaten.

Maidana has got one big gob on him for someone who has never held a legitimate belt

Amir beat him fair and square (he says in this interview), so he should have to work his way back to getting a rematch, not just have it handed to him on a plate

Amir has bigger fish to fry in Bradley (hopefully) and the boys at 147

Hold your lip Maidana, you sound like a ****ing mug

The only one sounding like a mug is Khan, and who really cares about these paper titles? there's just too many of them, are you saying Maidana wouldn't have beaten that South African who Judah beat for the vacant title? ( i hate vacant title fights). Sometimes its who you know not how good you are.

Maidana was unlucky not to get the win against Kotelnik for the WBA title, many people think he won that fight.

I cant knock on khan even with all his big mouth cos oh **** he backs it up big time and want to fight the best..lol and he is a unified champ, he is kinda like mayweather so i cant hate on him..on the otherhand maidana is bit of a b+tch now cos he didnt give victor a rematch and he never really did anything spectacular like winning a proper belt, last time i saw him, he had a life and death against moralles..lol
