Pac's power overrated; Mayweather's underrated?

Who has Pac knocked out at Welterweight? Shane, Tito and Oscar used to knocked ppl out cold at welterweight. Tko is not sufficient to justified power, because any ref will stop a fight if one fighter is getting hit to frequently with less retaliation. Both Floyd and Pac have pop and will certainly do harm, but why one is being overrated for power and the other underrated?


Manny may have more kds at WW, but if his power was so devastating why aren't he able to finish those said opponents when he continues to hit them repeatedly?

Floyd's power is somewhat underated. Pac's power is judged failry, IMO.
