Joe Louis has never beaten another top 10 heavywieght of all times, whether they were in thier primes or not. His resume doesnt read any top 10 heavyweight. Walcott and schmeling are top 15-20, anyone that knows boxing wouldnt place any of those guys near the top 10.

Ali has beat foreman, frazier twice and liston twice. So his resume pretty much owns joe's. I dont see why there is a debate here.
