Mexican is not a race. I would say Canelo probably doesn't have any mestizo blood in him at all. A Mexican like morales you can tell has a lot of mestizo in him.

Also look at margarito, the guy is damn near 6 feet tall and has a long european looking face, he looks like a Spaniard.

Canelo does have Mestizo blood, just look at some of his brothers, two of them are brown skin, that's very common to happen in Mexico, a very fair kid and other one the total opposite.
