I like boxing because it illustrates violence in a poetic manner. I usually prefer a technical fight, but two sluggers who refuse to buckle under each other's power is also great to see.

Born into it. Love fighting , love punching, love hitting people, love slipping punches, love the violence, love the technique involved.

A slug fest or a technical chess match is both exciting for me

I still ask my dad this question to this day, Mak! But he pushed me to other sports (main reason I played football from about age 6 all the way through college), because he used to always tell me how damaging boxing would be for me in the long run (football is dangerous too!) and he said he didn't want me have the pressure to live up to what he did in his career (mainly as an amateur fighter).
