so many people act like spending a couple of years is no big deal and doesn't have a serious effect on the body. No sparring, no boxing, no nothing for 2 years. Then he gets a new trainer and they have him fight 2-3 times in a matter of weeks and he wasn't even at his fighting weight yet. It wasn't smart, imo.

He wasn't hurt against Vera or Julio. There are a number of guys who have "zero defense" and are all offense that have been successful. Margarito was a beast, Bam Bam rios isn't exactly pernell whitaker, etc etc etc.
