I think so too. The tattoo on his shoulder/arm definitely looks like the one vera has.

Vera isn't some chump he's a decent fighter, and even though kirkland already beat him in 8 rounds pre-prison I think it does say something that he continues to beat the shit out of him in sparring.

and who was that? because if your talking about james he wasn't with ann wolfe when he lost and spent two years in prison.

so many people act like spending a couple of years is no big deal and doesn't have a serious effect on the body. No sparring, no boxing, no nothing for 2 years. Then he gets a new trainer and they have him fight 2-3 times in a matter of weeks and he wasn't even at his fighting weight yet. It wasn't smart, imo.
