Wait, the British would usually get Floyd and Pacquiao fights for free???? While we in the US have to pay for them?

That's not really fair. If it's true Americans were basically subsidizing the UK boxing fans.

We have to get most of them on Sky Sports so not exactly. Sky Sports is an expensive subscription based channel.

Not much more I can tell you tbh lol. I'm not entirely sure exactly how it works myself as it's my dad that sorted it out for me but it's pretty badass, just realised that the channel I recieve pretty much shows all the english premier league games in english commentary too which is sick. I've also just found the HBO 2 and HBO comedy channel but can't seem to find plain HBO, if I do then i'll be over the facking moon.

Forgot to mention that the channel I found also shows PPV's for free.

In the US we pay for subscription channels like HBO and Showtime too. And on top of that we have to pay for PPV fights with Mayweather and Pacquiao.

You guys have had it so easy over there.

We had it lucky when most of the boxing was on free to air TV. It's not like that anymore and hasn't been for years. There's still PPV fights here but usually different ones to what you have in the US (David Haye, Amir Khan since the Prescott fight etc).

Do you ever get big fights on free TV (non subscription) there or when was the last one? I remember the likes of Calzaghe vs Lacy and Froch vs Pascal were here but they were the last big ones. Fury vs Chisora was on free TV but that was a domestic between 2 prospects.
