Mares won the fight. Regardless Agbeko fought like ****. Low blow or not you have to be blind not to see Mares landing more, countering, controlling to whole fight. Even moving backwards he wrecked Agbeko on the inside.
Yes there were many low blows but many were on the belt that was over the belly button. Agbeko was looking for a way out anyways. Let them rematch with in 90 days or strip them both

Guess what, bozo, had a point been deducted in the 11th, as was most clearly warranted, instead of a goddamn knockdown called in favor of Mares, Agbeko retains his title by way of a draw. That's with all the other bull**** in the fight, in which the cards were clearly stacked against Agbeko. The 11th round is a very clear point of argument, whereby a "blown" call by the referee cost Agbeko his title. Beyond that though, Agbeko clearly should've won the fight, based on all the rest of the nonsense, but let us just focus on that 11th round call. If we merely focus on that, Agbeko still should be in possession of his title.
