Hatton has not even come close to showing himself to be in the same class as Kostya Tszyu, when it comes to punching power.

Pure bias on someone's part. Who cares what "Billy" says about Hatton's power ?

Ricky's power is dangerously under-rated as you will no doubt see.

I will admit....I have seriously underrated Hatton as a fighter.
But...you are overrating him as a puncher.

Ricky was knocking out everybody as an amateur lightweight (he fought at lightweight from age 14 to age 18), he was a real powerhouse and everybody refused to box him because of his power! He seriously couldn't find opponents because everybody was scared of his natural punching power. I was talking to his amateur coaches eight years ago and Paul Dunn told me that his former trainer said that at nine years old Ricky was punching harder than most teenagers.

I think Tszyu is the biggest single shot puncher but Hatton has really heavy hands, not a lot of people give him credit for that because Warren always put him in with very durable fighters. When i've seen Hatton fight a fighter with an average chin its pretty brutal. I'm not suprised people dont give him credit for being a big puncher because he doesnt get people out of there in the first couple of rounds and being honest Hattons been underated his whole career.

If he wasnt a big puncher then why would every single opponent allow him to pressure and bully them? Why does every fighter he faces cover up and go on the defensive after he lands a few shot? Its because he's a good, hurtful, puncher.

From ring reports, common opponents and seeing it with my own eyes i'm confident that Hatton is the second best puncher in the division. From what i've heard about Tsyzu he punches harder than Hatton, he looks like he punches harder than Hatton and is probably P4P hardest puncher in the sport.

i bet you lick your mf'in chops everytime you see cotto wobble. remember those crazy ass hatton/cotto debates that i'd dominate you in? cotto's been making me look bad lately.

still though, cotto is a harder puncher than hatton.

I kicked your ass in them debates and dont forget it!!

I think Hatton throws harder shots than Cotto, Cotto just picks his shots well when his opponents arent expecting it and Hattons opponents are always expecting the heat he brings. Cotto is a good puncher, just a different type of puncher to Hatton. The same way Rahman is probably a better single punch KO fighter than Klitchko but Klitchko is the hurtful, heavy handed puncher out of the two. I'd say Klitchko punches harder than Rahman but i expect Rahman to KO more people with single shots.

Do you understand or do i need to wait another year before you realise i'm right??

I think Zoo probably has the hardest single punch.
