I think Hatton throws harder shots than Cotto, Cotto just picks his shots well when his opponents arent expecting it and Hattons opponents are always expecting the heat he brings. Cotto is a good puncher, just a different type of puncher to Hatton. The same way Rahman is probably a better single punch KO fighter than Klitchko but Klitchko is the hurtful, heavy handed puncher out of the two. I'd say Klitchko punches harder than Rahman but i expect Rahman to KO more people with single shots.

Do you understand or do i need to wait another year before you realise i'm right??
man - it has been a year! let the waiting commence!

Since Witter has widened his stance he has to be in the running too!!!

Unfortunatly Hatton isn't a concussive puncher, he tends to wear his opponent down with volume rather than power.

Who voted for Floyd Mayeather Jr ???? ... LOL!...
Agree. i was about to bring up witter too

Witter has one good KD against Ndou, it was a good flush shot and i give him credit for landing it but i've NEVER seen Witter stop a durable fighter so he cant even be considered in this debate.

Tszyu is head and shoulders above them. It's a rarity to see such power in a smaller guy. I could honestly say he has the power to knock out some middleweights if he would've moved up.

Im not sure about head and shoulders above the rest. I think Arturo Gatti may have as much one punch power as Tszyu.

Gatti is probably my favorite fighter simply because he's fun to watch, but I just don't think he has the power he gets credit for. He never really put out someone who was recognized as having a good chin. Three fights with Ward, no knockouts...

With a single punch I'll say Tszyu by a mile. That sraight right hand can end your night if it lands clean.

Overall puncher I have to say Cotto. That left to the body just lands with such a sickening thud that it's hard to say he's not. His right hand actually looks as good as his left nowadays.

Because there are soooo many fighters who knocked out Mickey Ward...

Micky Ward is one of the most durable boxers I have ever seen. He could take a great punch, and he had amazing stamina. If he had more skill I think he could of been a good prizefighter.
